How to come off the list, and how to take a channel off the standings.
Your email and handle
Every email from RUCKUS carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To delete your address and any handle you sent, write to ruckus@ruckusclipping.com from that address with “Delete” in the subject. RUCKUS deletes the record and keeps only a do-not-contact note, so the address is never added back by mistake.
A channel on the standings
To take a channel off the standings, write to ruckus@ruckusclipping.com with the channel’s link in the message and “Remove” in the subject. RUCKUS takes the row off within seven calendar days of the request. The channel stays off the standings from then on, so the next check does not add it back.
A row that is wrong
If a name, a link or a count is wrong, write with the channel’s link and the change you want. RUCKUS checks the channel on YouTube, then corrects the row or takes it off.
