Plain language. This is what the forms and the standings collect, and what RUCKUS does with it.
What the forms collect
This site has two forms: the updates form on the front page and the ask-to-be-listed form. Each sends the email address you type, your tick that you are 18 or older, your tick that RUCKUS may email you, the name of this site and the time you sent it. The ask form also sends the main handle you type. RUCKUS never asks for ID, a date of birth, a postal address or a phone number here.
What the standings collect from YouTube
This site uses YouTube API Services. RUCKUS reads public channel details from YouTube to find GTA channels and to date each count. The standings show five things for each listed channel: the channel’s name, its link, its subscriber count, the country the channel lists for itself, and the date the count was read. The list also keeps the channel’s id, its platform and the date of the hand check. Those three are not shown.
RUCKUS does not collect any personal information about YouTube viewers or subscribers, and this site does not receive it. Google’s Privacy Policy covers the data Google holds. Read it at Google’s Privacy Policy.
How long it stays
A subscriber count is kept for no longer than thirty days. A count older than thirty days is not shown on any page, and RUCKUS refreshes it or deletes it. Your email and handle stay until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. After an unsubscribe, RUCKUS keeps a do-not-contact note so the address is never added back by mistake.
How a channel is removed
Anyone can ask for a channel to come off the standings, on the remove page. RUCKUS takes the row off within seven calendar days of the request, and keeps the channel off the standings after that.
Where it goes
A small function on this site passes each form to RUCKUS HQ, the studio’s own contact records, hosted by Supabase in the United States. The function keeps no copy of what you type. To slow down floods of signups, it holds the network address of recent attempts in its own memory, never on disk, counts the tries from each address over ten minutes, and forgets them when the function restarts.
The confirmation email
RUCKUS sends one confirmation email through Resend, its email provider. Your permission is recorded only after you click the link in it. If you never click, nothing else arrives.
What RUCKUS does with it
RUCKUS uses your address for the updates list, and uses your handle to write back about a listing. RUCKUS does not sell or share personal information. Nothing you send is published.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. RUCKUS does not track you across sites. This site does not change what it does when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal, because it does no tracking to switch off. Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps its own server logs to run it.
Changes to this page
RUCKUS reviews this page when the site or the rules change. A change is posted here, and the date at the foot of the page moves.
Age
The lists are for people 18 or older, self-attested. RUCKUS never asks for ID or a date of birth.
